Rural Initiative and Welfare Association (RIWA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to uplifting rural communities in Bangladesh through sustainable development, skill-building, and entrepreneurship support. Founded with the belief that real change begins at the grassroots level, RIWA focuses especially on empowering women by creating opportunities for income generation, social dignity, and economic independence. We work hand-in-hand with local artisans, entrepreneurs, and families to preserve traditional skills while promoting modern practices for long-term progress. Our initiatives are centered on people—supporting their potential, nurturing their ideas, and helping them build better futures for themselves and their communities.
